I've been getting tons of DMs and working with private clients over the past few weeks and one thing that I've noticed that they all have in common is a theme around self love.
Right now, there's this trend to focus on self care and I notice that while these things may help on the inside, from the work that I'm doing, I can see first hand that the massages and glasses of wine and baths are not really helping you feel like you are enough and like you love yourself.
All those things that you are doing on the outside seem good and I admit, temporarily, they can make you feel good and forget real life for a minute, but are they helping you overcome the voices in your mind that tell you that you aren't enough and prevent you from feeling confident about yourself?
I bet not.
I'm constantly witnessing women say unkind things about themselves, treat themselves badly, participate in toxic relationships, and more.

Guess what, I'm telling you this because I had to learn the hard way. Everytime you let these things happen, everytime you disrespect yourself... everytime you let others disrespect you...you get yourself wrapped in a cycle of negativity that creates more sadness, more anxiety-- it makes it even easier not to believe in yourself and what you are capable of.
It pisses me off because I know that it's possible for you to live a happy, empowered, fulfilling life.
I don't care if you don't believe me. I know you can.
